October 11 ~ October 15

Here's the rest of this week's TV! WEET! I'm starting from Tuesday though, since that's where my memory is serving from. I'm sure it has something to do with missing my vino though! Also ... I'm doing a separate post for Fri-Sun shows. Actually ... I think I'll be doing a daily post on this ... as the weekly ones are really long!!! We'll see how it goes ... it might be a bit of a jumble for the first few weeks. *smiles* Here we go!

ஜ~§ Tuesday Line Up §~ஜ

NCIS: The investigation of a Marine's death forces Ziva to confront her past. What an excellent episode, full of intrigue and secrets. Ziva is trying to get on as an NCIS agent and break her ties with Mossad. In order to do that ... she needed to recount her last Mossad mission. It was pretty gory, and full of twists and turns.

NCIS LA: Sam and Callen are charged with finding a private security employee who killed the man he was protecting. This was a rollercoaster ride of twists and turns, finding out who done it. I adore adore Chris O'Donnell and LL Cool J. ROCKIN'!

So You Think You Can Dance: We're finishing up the Vegas finals, getting to our top 20, injuries ABOUND!!! I don't think I've seen the girl that ripped her tonail off but got a ticket to vegas though. I'd like to know what happened to her!

The Forgotten: The Forgotten Network investigates a Jane Doe who appears to have died from an insulin overdose, but further developments lead the team to suspect foul play. So this was a really interesting story, this young girl 15 years old was sent to America, by her parents, from Taiwan to go to school. She's stabbed in the back by an insulin syringe and dies. The ending is pretty heartwrenching as her parents entrusted their daughter to a person who was making money acting as a sponser for the girl. When the sponser's bilking scheme started falling apart, said sponser stabbed the girl. Very sad tale with a very sad ending. I am loving this show, it's so interesting. I know everyone says Christian Slater can't act or whatever, but he's very passionate in this drama. Excellent cast and really interesting twist on solving missing persons cases.

The Good Wife: Wow ... I am really impressed with this show. I really love the way they're developing the characters and such. In this episode, Alicia discovers a trail of evidence that leads to jury tampering. While her team brings this up in the trial ... they're duped into thinking it was the other team that tried to bribe the juror ... only to figure out in the end that it was their client that did it. Win for their team, athough Alicia seemed a bit put out that they weren't bringing the true facts out into the open in the end. The secondary story of her husband's infidelity seems to be unraveling much more slowly and slyly. I'm sure interested to see how long they can tug on that thread before people start getting antsy!

ஜ~§ Wednesday Line-Up §~ஜ

So You Think You Can Dance: More Las Vegas tryouts, more injuries ... next week the start of the competition!

Glee: This show is so original and such fun. Drama and humor and kitsch all rolled into an awesome sing-a-long!!! Brilliant. This week Sue breeds more contention within Glee club and is finally called to task by Figgins. In addition to all the chaos at school ... Will's wife Terri is continuing to fake her pregnancy and does so quite cannily by blackmailing her OBGYN. NICE!!!

Criminal Minds: CM is so dark and really delves into the mysteries of the ... ha ha criminal mind. I don't know where they get their storylines from, but I certainly shudder to think that they're from real-life cases. This episode focused on a group of killers who travel as a pack and choose their victims randomly. These guys are angry looking thug types ... a couple of masterminds with kind of a dumb side-kick. It seems a little cliche on the outside ... but they're pretty brutal and seemingly for no good reason, just because they can be. They find it "fun". *shudders*

Eastwick: I didn't know if I was going to like this show, but once again ... the critics prove that I apparently have no taste in TV shows. I say that because they hated this show ... and frankly ... I adore it!!! I love the cast, and the potential is delicious!!! In this last episode, Roxie decides to break into her mysterious new neighbor's upstairs apartment, because she keeps having dreams of him murdering her. She finds a magical book. Kat decides to take Darryl up on his offer to use his attorney to rake her husband over the divorce coals. Joanna's ex-fiance (who incidentally left her standing at the alter in her Vera Change dress) comes into town and they hook-up. Joanna is tempted and throws over her date with Will to find out what went wrong between her and her ex. Hilarity ensues ... along with a little magical/mystical help. Good times.

~side note: I was a HUGE HUGE fan of Charmed, so really this show just tickles me on a purely magical leve.~

ஜ~§ Thursday Line-Up §~ஜ

Flash Forward: Olivia struggles to accept Bryce's suggestion that a patient's flashforward holds the key to a correct diagnosis and treatment. Meanwhile, Demetri accuses Mark of waiting for the future he saw in his flashforward to come true without incident, while Mark feels Demetri is letting his fear of what he witnessed envelop his life; and Nicole returns to work as Mark and Olivia's daughter's baby-sitter, and discloses her shocking future vision -- involving a murder. I love this show ... but the storyline is a bit slow, there's a lot of people to follow. I hope it picks up a wee bit, I'm not giving up on it just yet though.

The Vampire Diaries: Elena demands that Stefan explain the frightening events that have been happening in Mystic Falls. In flashbacks, Stefan explains how his rivalry with Damon began. Back in the present, Damon impulsively takes control of Vicki's future, and a confused and frightened Vicki runs away. Finally, Sheriff Forbes and Mayor Lockwood take steps to protect the town. Seriously ... you can't really go wrong with this show ... hot male eye candy, interesting storyline ... the love of my LIFE Ian Somerhalder!!! Nuff Said!

Supernatural: Sam and Dean investigate a series of odd murders that strangely resemble fairytales and urban legends. The brother’s track down an 11-year-old boy named Jesse and realize that whatever Jesse believes is coming true. Castiel tells Sam and Dean that Jesse is a serious threat and needs to be eliminated. Oooh ... the boys found a demon spawn and a VERY VERY powerful one too. Brilliant show and I loved the urban legends that were put into play. Poprocks and soda, the Tooth Fairy, Itching your brains out ... Supernatural is so much fun to watch!

Fringe: What an amazing eppy (as always)! Finally ... MIND CONTROL has come!!! The Fringe team travels cross-country to Seattle after learning of a mysterious incident involving a man who attacked his boss because he believed he was an evil ram-horned creature. As these puzzling occurrences continue, the team tirelessly explores strange and creepy links to dreams. The reason behind the mind control, a chip in the brain which is being tested on people with sleep disorders. The twist at the end (although some would probably say it was predictable) was excellent!! Also, John Noble as Dr Walter Bishop is always worth a chuckle and I don't care what anyone says Joshua Jackson is pretty good eye candy!

~side note: as you can all probably tell by now, I'm not as miffed in hole-less plots or cliche'd situations as some DIE HARD tv watchers are, if it entertains me and I like the characters, I'm going to watch the show and that's that!~

Grey's Anatomy: The residents of Seattle Grace and Mercy West vie for surgeries and their careers as day one of the hospital merger begins. Meanwhile, Arizona stands by an enraged Callie when her father, Mr. Torres, employs a priest to help convince her to date men, and Izzie experiences the brunt of her new surgical competition. I actually haven't seen this episode yet ... because I've been housesitting and I haven't on-demanded it. I'm sure it was excellent though, as usual! If you've watched it ... don't tell me who gets fired!

Private Practice: I don't know if PP isn't getting the ratings they hoped they would or what, but I'm LOVING the crossover with Dr Miranda Bailey from Grey's!!! I really think that Addison needs better writing though, as most of her lines are very cliche'. Wasn't she on this journey to empower herself? To learn to live free of the bondage of relationships ... and to be artifically inseminated and have a baby? What's going on here, I'm tired of her storyline being the woman with the Scarlet A!!! Move on writers in a hurry. Luckily the rest of the cast is compelling and has strong and interesting storylines. WOOT!!! Excellent episode and I loved the end where Cooper sweeps Charlotte off her feet. That was brilliant!!! I was a bit confused about the kiss/non kiss between Bailey and Sam? I don't get it.

ஜ~§ Friday Line-Up §~ஜ

I haven't watched any of Friday's shows yet ... I'll probably do a separate post for Friday Saturday and Sunday shows. :)

Brightest Blessings,
